My STORY

 

I’m a whole-food, plant-based, vegan cook and recipe developer with vegan, vegetarian, and omnivore family members. I used to be a caterer, love to entertain, and have had to learn how to make vegan food that tastes as good as it looks. Because I’m a busy working mom and grandmother, the food I make has to be ready fairly quickly and if it isn’t, it really needs to be worth the time I spend making it. As passionate as I am about my vegan lifestyle, animal rescue, organic gardening, and saving the planet, I’m also compassionate and can empathize with people at all points on the carnivore-to-vegan continuum. I’ve been there and am excited to give you the tools to go further. My recipes provide an expert alongside you who genuinely wants you to succeed, feel better, eat well, nourish your friends and families, defend animals, make a positive impact on your own health, and that of the planet.

WHole-Food-PLant-Based

The WFPB way of eating emphasizes whole, minimally processed foods. It avoids animal products and focuses on plants, including vegetables, fruits, whole grains, legumes, seeds, and nuts.
